Yes, the tanks from LMC, Classic Industries, etc comes with the tank, the fuel sender, the mounting straps, but nothing else. No extra fuel line, no fuel filler nozzle, no extra sender wire. It's pretty easy to run the lines, and if you want an economical filler you can put it up through the bed floor. A marker light filler or stake pocket filler isn't that much extra money either.
